About the Role:

  • The sales activity for our Qt product line and associated services is rapidly expanding. The right candidate for this position will be successful at selling into companies that develop devices and applications in various industries across Finland.

 

Scope of responsibility:

  • Active prospecting for new customers in Finland, identifying synergy between their projects and the entire Qt offering
  • Develop awareness and business related to the Consulting and Training Services
  • Develop existing customer relationships to build long lasting profitable business
  • Define regional marketing requirements to raise Qt awareness, and support campaigns to increase sales in the region in support of the Nordic marketing team objectives
  • Active use of the defined sales process and tools (CRM such as Salesforce, Focus..etc)

Target experience:

  • Minimum 5 years` related experience with software or services sales in the IT industry
  • Great experience and knowledge about the IT market; with special focus on software or product development.
  • Knowledge in value based selling, solution selling and creating long term business relationships in the software licensing industry.
  • Good technical background, minimum of BS in a technical field preferred and significant sales track record.
  • Target driven and results focused personality with a goal to overachieve against clear objectives and business development targets.

 

Competencies:

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish are required
  • Ability to work independently and supportive in the team environment
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills
  • Pro-active customer focus
