About the Role

The sales activity for our main product Qt and associated Consulting Services is growing fast in our major territories and Qt has a solid customer base, containing many internationally well branded companies. Our customers use our tools for highly valued developments of applications in different areas such as EDA, Medical, consulting, Telecommunications, Automotive, among others.

Qt is expecting a highly motivated individual to join the company and lead the development of its business to reach full potential in the region, taking the opportunity to achieve double-digit growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and carry out a sales strategy that will increase revenue in key industries.
  • Drive, own and engage with the key elements of the plan to ensure we have the right structure and resources in place to be able to see through this strategy.
  • Lead and drive direct teams and resellers to hit and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Build and keep a professional relationship with customers.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the sales funnel process.
  • Day to day leadership, management and prioritization of sales objectives & initiatives.
  • Provide leadership in achieving and sustaining a high-performance/high-commitment and engaged workforce.
  • Lead the culture transformation of the China organization to improve levels of associate engagement in all levels of the organization.
  • Accountable for continued development of all marketing activity in China for lead generation.

Target experience:

  • Minimum 15 years’ years of sales experience, Software licensing, lead and drive direct teams and resellers, with a high desire and motivation to work with Sales in the IT industry.
  • Preferred knowledge or clear interest with the IT market and especially the software industry.
  • Good technical background, preferably with technical education or knowledge.
  • Proven track record and/or academic education on a Master level.
  • Target driven and result focused personality with a high focus on developing into a sales executive delivering against objectives and business development targets.

Competencies:

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Ability to work independently whilst being a positive team player.
  • Excellent presentation and written reporting skills.
  • Pro-active customer focus.
