About the Job

The Qt Company is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Paris.

As part of this position, you will be based in Paris, and your primary responsibility will be to engage with large enterprises located in France. Your main goal will be to cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers while highlighting the benefits of adopting the Qt framework. This entails a proactive approach to account management and a consultative role in advising companies on how best to leverage Qt to achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients
• Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and other sources.
• Develop and deliver world-class sales proposals to prospects
• Build long-term productive relationships with customers.
• Structure weekly calendar to support sales targets
• Maintain and keep abreast of industry trends, products and services, and the competitive posture of the Qt Company
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and forecasts
• Achieve or exceed annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving measurable goals
• Existing contact network in large industrial companies are a plus Maintain an existing contact network in large industrial companies (if possible)
• Ability to be the technology advisor to prospects and customers
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Demonstrate the ability to build rapport with existing and prospective clients
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills
• Native French and very good English language skills
• Familiar with Software Development tools, Software Development Life Cycle, Sales Training and SalesForce are a plus
