What are we looking for?
The Qt Company is searching for an Account Manager to expand our quality assurance customer accounts. Our Account Managers are individual contributors focused on building new business and growing the Qt footprint within a defined territory.
As an you are responsible for connecting with Director and VP level of Engineering professionals demonstrating the value of Axivion and other Qt Quality Assurance products. Account Manager will be helping customers resolve their development issues while delivering business outcomes and guiding them with a consultative sales approach.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with C-Level Engineering Management, Engineering Directors, Product Managers and Project Managers within technical development organizations.
- Rigorously manage a robust opportunity pipeline sufficient to support revenue targets
- Diligently qualify and convert leads into pipeline opportunities and customers
- Closing complex sales cycles in a (cross-) team based selling approach
- Maintain and keep abreast of industry trends, products and services, and the competitive landscape of The Qt Company and Axivion.
- Must be able to adapt to a fast paced and changing work environment
Experience:
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Predictability and accurate forecasting capabilities using SFDC
- Previous experience selling software is a plus
- Willingness to learn successful sales strategies
