Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities 

•    Research, identify, contact, and generate potential client leads and cooperate business partners to create new Qt product + Qt’s newly owned Quality Assurance software testing related tools(from below referred to “Qt+QA”) business opportunities to achieve and contribute to sales target. 
•    Identify market trends and customer needs. Find and develop new market for Qt+QA products. Increase the value of current customers while attracting new customers. 
•    Constantly acquire the latest Qt + QA product offering updated information & knowledge. Process, package and deliver with customized demos and examples to provide Qt + QA value to potential customer fitted into their project requirements and Qt +QA usage situation in a variety of industry verticals.  
•    Attend, hold and create webinars, seminars, conference, customized workshops, exhibition, industry events and all kinds of applicable marketing events to create potential customer leads by providing the value of Qt+QA offering with specific examples and demos.
•    Nurturing Qt+QA eco system with having partnership with industrial related partners including but not limited to related service provider/system integrators/license distributors and global/local Chipset/Board manufacturers/distributors to find and create potential new customers together with the partners. 
•    Interface with Product Management, R&D & Marketing team to deliver customer voice internally and to develop effective means to deliver Qt+QA product values to customer. 
•    Cooperate with Sales team to create and transfer the Qt+QA business opportunity to Sales team. 

Requirements

•    Fluent English required. 
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering with programming experience preferred. 
•    Qt and other development framework knowledge preferred (.NET/Flutter/Crank/Kanzi/CGI Studio/Altia/Embedded Wizard/Touch GFX…). 
•    QA Tool related BD+Sales experience & knowledge also be plus(LDRA/Vector/Mathworks/Synopsys…) – however, we do not look for the candidates who only has certification related support experiences (ex Autosar) also, this QA tool experiences shall be a secondary qualification based on Qt and development framework experience. 
•    +5 years of account management or business development experience in vertical market SW solution sales including but not limited to consumer electronics, medical, automation, automotive and ISV(Independent Software Vendors). Proven previous sales record should be attached.  
•    Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
•    Innovation and logical problem-solving skills that include the ability to analyze customer project requirement and to develop and propose solutions for clients to deliver Qt+QA value in a creative approach. 
•    Skilled at solution selling and project selling in software license business. 
•    Cooperative team player with aggressive, dynamic, and result oriented personality. 
•    Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
•    Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
•    Excellent organizational skills.
•    Frequent business travel required covering India+ANZ region.
