As a member of the EMEA DACH Customer Success team your key focus will be to help Qt’s customers realize business value through effective onboarding, adoption, expansion and retention of our products and services. You will serve as the customer’s conduit into Qt and will be responsible for aligning internal resources to ensure a superior customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for installed customers
  • Regular care of customer accounts and continuous communication with customers
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Develop and expand customer accounts
  • Drive product usage and increase user base in customer accounts
  • Translate customer feedback into product requirements
  • Maintain collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product Development
  • Manage all activities within the Customer Success tool
  • Conduct business reviews and proactively suggest solutions to address customer concerns to the Manager, Customer Success, Sales, and other departments as needed
  • Provide weekly report on customer KPI’s management and marketing organizations to help guide automotive product and professional service direction and production of sales plays


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years working within the hi-tech industry, software industry experience a plus
  • Fluent in German and English

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other Customer Success tools a must

The role is based in Germany and is in the Customer Success Team.
