About the Role

We are looking for a HR Specialist, Learning & Development, to join our global HR team of 11 people, reporting to Senior HR Manager in Finland. Preferred location for this role is Oulu, Finland, but also Espoo can be considered.

In this role, you will be making our new employee experience and adjustment to the company culture and work environment as smooth and inspiring as possible. Also, as employees progress in their careers, you focus strongly on building the best learning and development practices that will take our employees to new heights in their performance. You will be developing our global onboarding and learning & development processes and guiding managers with these processes together with the rest of the HR team.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Plan and co-ordinate company-wide general onboarding programs in co-operation with different functional counterparts
  • Schedule global general onboarding training sessions, organize trainings by using appropriate platforms and technology, manage course enrollments
  • Manage general onboarding for new employees in Finland & organize starter kits
  • Identify needs, make recommendations and implement continuous improvements for general learning processes + following through
  • Identify common learning needs and co-create learning and career paths in co-operation with different functional counterparts
  • Support in content creation of learning materials
  • Build strong internal networks for enabling and coordinating internal trainings
  • Manage pool of proven trainings and training providers, evaluate potential new ones
  • Contribute innovative approaches to learning activities with modern tools and platforms
  • Other assigned HR projects and tasks

What you Need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in learning and development role in an international environment (technology or global company background is a plus)
  • Experience in creating and delivering learning solutions
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in any area that builds high-quality communication and adult education skills
  • Experience in:
    • implementation of training initiatives in a variety of learning solutions, including digital solutions
    • Project management in the context of a learning environment
    • working in global organization and team
