About the Role

As a member of the EMEA DACH  Customer Success team your key focus will be to help Qt’s customers realize business value through effective onboarding, adoption, expansion and retention of our products and services. You will serve as the customer’s conduit into Qt and will be responsible for aligning internal resources to ensure a superior customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Junior Customer Success Management individuals will be responsible to build post-sales relationships with customers to increase adoption, expansion, and advocacy
  • Partner with Sales to identify and expand revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Proactively manage client relationship; meet with clients to obtain feedback on our product, identify opportunities for improvements, assess utilization, ensure the company is meeting business and security goals and objectives.
  • Monitor the impact of our customers health and transformation efforts to drive customer lifetime value and collaborate with the key stakeholders in solving their key challenges
  • Proactively build effective client relationships, including the ability to anticipate and listen to our clients’ needs and be responsive
  • Manager 100 accounts, 2 million ARR
  • Provide weekly KPI reports to management team
  • Manage all activities within the Customer Success tool

Experience:

  • Previous Customer Success Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of experiencing working within the hi-tech industry, software industry experience a plus
  • Hybrid work model out our Berlin office
  • Fluent in German and English

  • Independent and confident workstyle
  • Eager to learn and improve skill set
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other Customer Success tools a must
  • Excellent verbal and written skills

The role is based in Germany and is in the Customer Success Team.
