Business Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• This is a technical engineer position supporting Business Development Manager to promote Qt product offerings and value propositions to potential customers together.

• Work scope includes： (1)Visit customers to present Qt technolog; (2)Implement Qt based POC project and porting Qt to chipsets, preparation for a customized demo application, optimize Qt libraries for customer boards,(3)Attend promotion events, such as webinars, seminars, exhibition;（4）Constantly acquire the latest Qt product knowledge, update presentation documents. Have investigations on competitor.

Requirements

• Willing to talk with people. Fluent English writing/reading skills required.
• Bachelor`s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3+ year’s work experience in one of following industries mainly for the GUI development in embedded environment – Automotive/Automation/Defense.
• A good questioner and behave proactivel. Innovation and problem-solving skills that could propose solutions for customer’s requirement. Cooperative, aggressive and result oriented. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task flexibly.
• Ability to travel to domestically offsite business/customer locations (50% frequent travel)
  

Technical Requirements

• Excellent C++ Programming Skills with Qt knowledge and experience.
• Familiar with chipset and OS(mainly Embedded Linux & RTOS). Experience with software (App/BSP) development. Be able to analyze SDK and port graphics toolkit to chipset.
• Experience of production projects with one of following tools (Qt/Kanzi/Crank/Unity).
• Deep understanding of graphic display(2D/3D), familiar with OpenGL/OpenGL ES/Vulkan

• 工作内容包括: (1)拜访客户并介绍Qt技术。(2)将Qt移植到新的硬件处理器平台，完成Demo和POC开发。（3）参与推广活动，包括网络研讨会、线下研讨会、线下展览等。(4)学习Qt产品知识，更新演示文档；完成市场技术调研。

任职要求：

• 乐于与人沟通。具备流利的英语书写与阅读能力。
• 本科学历及以上学历，电子工程、计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业优先。
• 在汽车/自动化/军工等行业中至少有3年以上的工作经验，主要从事嵌入式环境下的GUI应用程序开发。
• 善于思考、勇于提问。具备创新解决问题的能力，能根据客户需求提出解决方案。具有团队合作精神，积极进取，注重结果。能够灵活管理复杂项目和多项任务
• 能够接受商务出差（ 50%及以上，同时不定期有国际差旅）

技术要求:

• 优秀的C++编程技能。有Qt使用经验。
• 熟悉芯片（MPU/MCU）和操作系统（如嵌入式Linux和RTOS），有软件（应用程序/BSP）开发经验。能独立分析SDK（软件开发工具包）并将图形工具包移植到芯片。
• 具有使用如下工具（如Qt/Kanzi/Crank/Unity等）进行量产开发的经验。（可选）
• 深入理解图形显示（2D/3D），熟悉OpenGL/OpeGL ES/Vulkan。（可选）
