Senior Solutions Engineer(Automotive)

Your role & responsibilities: 
    · Equipped with deep expertise in Qt's automotive software solutions and their application in the digital cockpit area 
    · Identify new customer needs and translate them into technical requirements for Qt's software solutions 
    · Evaluate and propose technical solutions for new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes for Qt's automotive-related offerings 
    · Support the definition of go-to-market strategy and execution for Qt's automotive solutions 
    · Develop key technical collaterals and providing technical support to sales & marketing teams 
    · Work closely with sales & marketing to succeed in selected key accounts and market segments 
    · Presenting the technical vision and roadmaps in events and customer meetings related to the automotive industry 
    · Developing and maintaining strategic industry partner relations for Qt's automotive solutions 
 
Relevant Experience: 
    · 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the automotive industry 
    · Experience in Automotive industry processes, roles and players, with a focus on the digital cockpit area 
    · Demonstrated understanding of some automotive solutions in the digital cockpit area and how Qt's software solutions can enhance them 
    · Understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning in the automotive industry 
    · Knowledge in value-based selling, solution selling, and creating long-term business relationships in the software licensing industry 
    · A target-driven and results-focused personality with a goal to deliver overachievement against clear objectives and business development targets 
    · Good presentation and interaction skills and willingness to travel 
 
As an Automotive Solution Engineer at Qt Company, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of Qt's automotive-related solutions. You will work closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to provide technical expertise and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and help them stay competitive in the rapidly evolving automotive industry.

- 了解汽车行业的市场动态和竞争定位。
