Senior Product Manager, Quality Assurance

What are we looking for?

As a Senior Product Manager for Quality Assurance products, you lead the product vision and define the product roadmap based on customer needs, business feedback, and the competitive landscape to achieve set strategic goals. You are responsible for requirements management and prioritization decisions based on business value and ROI calculations. You are familiar with the industry trends and act as the voice of customers for product marketing and R&D teams.

Possible locations for this position are Espoo, Finland, or Hamburg/Stuttgart, Germany.

Your work at Qt

• Product vision and development roadmap
• Driving the execution of the product roadmap and together with R&D prioritizing the development and balancing trade-offs between technical implementation and time-to-market
• Product positioning, value proposition, and pricing based on a good understanding of the industry and competitive trends
• Defining go-to-market strategies and ensuring go-to-market execution by preparing sales materials and required communications (presentations, demos, videos, etc.)
• Leading product success, defining and tracking product metrics / KPIs
• Requirements management and collecting product feedback
• Conducting A/B testing, analytics, market research and competitive analysis to drive product decisions
• Serving as a thought leader and product expert internally and in customer engagements
• Providing leadership to the rest of the team

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Product management of a highly technical software product
• Technical background and ability to collaborate effectively with e.g., technical product managers and R&D teams
• Prior experience from the Software Quality Assurance industry, processes, and tools
• Experience creating a product vision and turning it into a product roadmap
• A strong experience in requirements management and how to manage product initiatives
• Familiar with agile development and product management principles
• Analytical working style: ability to model the business and make fact-based product decisions
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
• International travel required
