Job responsibilities

• Research, identify, contact and generate potential client leads and cooperate business partners to create new Qt business opportunities to achieve sales target
• Identify market trends and customer needs. Find and develop new market for Qt product. Increase the value of current customers while attracting new customers
• Constantly acquire the latest Qt product offering information & knowledge. Process, packaging and deliver with demos and examples to provide Qt value to potential customers fitted into their project requirements and Qt usage situation in a variety of industry verticals
• Attending, holding and creating webinars, conferences, customized workshops, exhibition, industry events and all kinds of marketing events to create potential customer leads by providing the value of Qt offering with examples and demos
• Interface with Product Management, R&D & Marketing team to deliver customer voice internally and to develop effective means to deliver Qt product values to customer

Requirements

• Native Japanese Level, fluent English required.
• +5 years of account management or business development experience in vertical market solution sales including but not limited to consumer electronics, medical, automation, automotive and ISV
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients to deliver Qt value in a creative approach
• Skilled at solution selling and project selling in software license business
• Cooperative team player with aggressive, dynamic, and result oriented personality
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Skill

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred
• Qt and other development framework knowledge preferred
• Previous sales experience will be preferred

- 市場トレンドと顧客ニーズの把握 Qt製品の新市場を開拓する。既存顧客の価値を高めると同時に、新規顧客を獲得

- 常に最新の Qt 製品提供情報と知識を習得する。様々な業界のプロジェクト要件と Qt の使用状況に適合した Qt の価値を潜在顧客に提供するために、デモや事例を処理し、パッケージ化して提供

- ウェブセミナー、カンファレンス、カスタマイズワークショップ、展示会、業界イベント、その他あらゆるマーケティングイベントに参加し、Qt の提供する価値を例やデモを交えて説明し、潜在的な顧客を開拓

- 製品管理、研究開発、マーケティングチームと連携し、顧客の声を社内に伝え、Qt の製品価値を顧客に届ける効果的な手段を開発

【必須（MUST）】

・日本語ネイティブレベル、英語堪能であること
・家電、医療、オートメーション、自動車、ISV などの垂直市場におけるソリューションセールスのアカウントマネジメントまたはビジネス開発経験（5 年以上）
・最小限の指導で成果を上げ、積極的に行動し、不確実性に対処する能力
・創造的なアプローチで当社の価値を提供するソリューションを開発し、顧客に提案する能力を含む、革新性と問題解決能力
・ソフトウェアライセンスビジネスにおけるソリューションセールスおよびプロジェクトセールスに熟練していること
・アグレッシブでダイナミック、かつ結果重視の性格で、協調性のあるチームプレーヤーであること
・コミュニケーション能力が高く、ITに精通していること
・複雑なプロジェクトを管理し、マルチタスクをこなすことができる
・優れた組織能力
