Job responsibilities

• Research, identify, contact, and generate outbound potential client leads and cooperate business partners to create new Qt product + Qt’s newly owned Quality Assurance software testing related tools(from below referred to “Qt+QA”) business opportunities to achieve and contribute to sales target not limited to but mainly in the Japan Automotive industry sector.
• Identify market trends and customer needs. Find and develop new market for Qt+QA products. Increase the value of current customers while attracting new customers.
• Constantly acquire the latest Qt + QA product offering updated information & knowledge. Process, package, deliver with customized demos and examples and propose POC project to provide Qt + QA value to potential customer fitted into their project requirements and Qt +QA usage situation in mostly Japan Automotive customers.  
• Attend, hold and create webinars, seminars, conference, customized workshops, exhibition, industry events and other types of applicable marketing events to create outbound potential customer leads by providing the value of Qt+QA offering with specific examples and demos.
• Nurturing Qt+QA eco system with having partnership with industrial related partners including but not limited to related service provider/system integrators/license distributors and global/local Chipset/Board manufacturers/distributors to find and create outbound potential new customers together with the partners in mostly in the Japan Automotive industry area.
• Interface with Product Management, R&D & Marketing team to deliver customer voice internally and to develop effective means to deliver Qt+QA product values to customer.
• Cooperate with Sales team to create and transfer the Qt+QA business opportunity to Sales team.

Requirements

• Native Japanese Level, fluent English required.
• +8 years of account management or business development experience in vertical market solution sales in Automotive SW Industry sector.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Innovation and logical problem-solving skills that include the ability to analyze customer project requirement and to develop and propose solutions for clients to deliver Qt+QA value in a creative approach.
• Skilled at solution selling and project selling in the Automotive software license business
• Cooperative team player with aggressive, dynamic, and result oriented personality
• Strong communication skills and IT tools fluency
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Excellent organizational skills
  

Preferred Skill

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or have an experience of computer programming preferred.
• Previous SW sales experience will be preferred
• Qt and other development framework knowledge preferred(.NET/Flutter/Crank/Kanzi/CGI Studio/Altia/Embedded Wizard/Touch GFX…) With knowledge and understanding about SW programming concepts and/or Embedded Computing industry preferred (C++/OOP/Linux/MCU/SoC)
• QA Tool related BD+Sales experience & knowledge also be plus

• 日本の自動車業界へ調査、特定、 連絡し新しいクライアント、ビジネスパートナーと協力して新しいQt製品とQtが新しく手掛けている品質保証ソフトウェアテスト関連ツールを生み出し、販売目標を達成し、貢献する
• 市場動向と顧客ニーズを特定し、Qt+QA製品の新しい市場を見つけて展開する。新規の顧客をひきつけながら、既存顧客の価値を高める
• 最新の情報と知識を常に提供する。そして、日本の自動車業界を中心に、プロジェクト要件と Qt +QA の使用状況に合わせた Qt + QA 価値を潜在顧客にカスタマイズされたデモや事例をプロセスし、パッケージ化してPOCプロジェクトを提案する
• ウェブセミナー、カンファレンス、カスタマイズワークショップ、展示会、業界イベント、その他あらゆるマーケティングイベントに参加し、Qt+QA の提供する価値を例やデモを交えて説明し、潜在的な顧客を開拓
• Qt+QAエコシステムの育成　産業関連パートナーとのパートナーシップ、関連するサービスプロバイダー/システムインテグレーター/ライセンスディストリビューター、およびグローバル/ローカルのチップセット/ボードメーカー/ディストリビューターに限定されず、主に日本の自動車産業分野のパートナーと協力してアウトバウンドの潜在顧客を見つけて創出します。
• 製品管理、研究開発、マーケティングチームと連携し顧客の声を社内に伝え、Qt＋QAの製品価値を顧客へ届ける効果的な手段を策定
• 営業チームと協力し、Qt＋QAのビジネスチャンスを作り、営業チームへ転送する

【必須スキル】

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語堪能であること
• 自動車の垂直市場におけるソリューションセールスのアカウントマネジメントまたはビジネス開発経験(８年以上)
• 最小限の指導で成果を上げ、積極的に行動し、不確実性に対処する能力
• 創造的なアプローチでQt+QAの価値を提供するソリューションを開発し、顧客に提案する能力を含む、革新性と問題解決能力
• ソフトウェアライセンスビジネスにおけるソリューションセールスおよびプロジェクトセールスに熟練していること
• アグレッシブでダイナミック、かつ結果重視の性格で、協調性のあるチームプレーヤーであること
• コミュニケーション能力が高く、ITに精通していること
• 複雑なプロジェクトを管理し、マルチタスクをこなすことができる
• 優れた組織能力

【歓迎スキル】

•  コンピュータサイエンスの学士号をお持ちの方
• ソフトウェアセールスの経験
