About the Role

What you'll do:

  • Educate existing and potential customers on the value of our solution offerings by phone and email.
  • Build rapport with our prospects and identify opportunities.
  • Focus on targeted outbound and inbound lists to drive new and existing business. 
  • Collaborate with dedicated sales professionals within the territory you support to find, develop and build key stakeholder interests, and crystalize the needs of the organization across multiple customer profiles and buyer groups.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team from website forms, trade shows, white papers, and webinars.
  • Re-engage lapsed and long-term leads as we introduce new products and features with a focus on bringing them back into the funnel.

 

Who you are:

  • Proven ability to communicate with internal team and potential and existing customers
  • Experience articulating value propositions via phone, video, email, linked in messenger, blogs, and other various social networking platforms
  • Working knowledge of a CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Detail-oriented, take exceptional meeting/activity notes, and effectively manage your tasks and time.
  • Eager to learn and continuously improve.
  • Coachable and creative to try new ways to prospect and build demand.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, and able to keep a positive attitude.
  • You see business development and inside sales as a fulfilling career in technology sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
