About the Job:

The Qt Company is a global software company headquartered in Finland that provides a cross -platform integrated development environment. Currently, Qt is used by customer in a wide range of industries in Japan and we are expanding sales of Qt product lineup and related services to further strengthen our customers in the Japan market. In this role, you will be responsible for sales activities on companies that develops embedded devices and applications in the automotive, industrial automation, medical, consumer electronics, professional equipment, and defense markets. Japan market is one of the most important markets for Qt and it will be a great career advancement opportunity for inside sales.

You will:

• Contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social channels
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Set up meetings and/or calls with customers for the sales team
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Maintain and keep abreast of industry trends, products and services, and the competitive posture of the Qt Group
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with Qt’s products and services.
• Recommend business solutions considering customer needs and Qt interests.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Build pipeline and close deals
• Marketing events support to identify and follow up the leads from the events.

About You:

• Field/inside sales experience is required
• Minimum of 2 years experiences
• Native-level Japanese, Conversational-level English communication skills for verbal and written

• Experience in handling technology software products

About the Job:

You will:

• コールドコール、メール、ソーシャルチャンネルを使い潜在顧客にコンタクトする
• リードフォローアップ、インバウンド・アウトバウンド・コールドコールやメールを通じて、新しいセールスの機会を発掘する
• 営業チームのために顧客とのミーティングや電話を設定する
• マーケティングキャンペーンからのリードをみつけセールスの機会へつなげる
• 業界動向、製品・サービス、Qt グループの競争力を維持・把握する
• 適格と判断された案件を適切な営業担当に紹介し、開拓と成約につなげる
• Qt の製品やサービスに関連する価値提案を明確に伝える
• 顧客のニーズとQtの利益を考慮したビジネスソリューションを提案する
• アカウントを調査し、キープレーヤーを特定し、関心を高める
• 担当地域内の見込み客のデータベースを維持し、拡大する
• パイプラインを構築し、案件を成約へ持っていく
• マーケティングイベントのサポートし、イベントから得られたリードを特定、フォローアップする

About You:

• フィールドセールス／インサイドセールスの経験
• ２年以上の社会人経験
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、日常会話レベルの英語力

Beneficial skills:

• ソフトウェア製品の取扱い経験
