About the Job:

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our team!

You will:  

• Work with the deals assigned to the Sales team
• Make and provide the product presentation for the customers
• Develop and perform demonstrations of Qt Group products
• Provide the technical training and the customer specific trials at the workshop
• Provide quick, accurate support to customers during their evaluation/PoC process
• Coordinate closely with internal other teams to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth
• Alert the sales team to potential risks of deal closure
• Perform Technical Discovery to uncover the needs of prospects and recommends solutions that optimize value from our product offerings
• Partner with assigned Account Managers to develop strategy
• Meet customers to find the business opportunities and understand their requirements

About You: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/ technology or equivalent related experience
• Technical knowledge and understanding of the software development
• Solid understanding and experience with C++ and preferably other object oriented languages
• Excellent presentation, demonstration and facilitation skills in leading meetings, trials and projects
• Experience with creation, customization and delivery presentations
• Very good business understanding and interest in sales
• Business-level English skill and Native-level Japanese skill

• 売上拡大のため、与えられた目標を達成する
• 営業チームに案件成約の潜在的リスクを警告する
• テクニカル・ディスカバリーを実施し、見込み客のニーズを掘り起こし、当社製品の価値を最適化するソリューションの提案
• 担当アカウントマネージャーと連携し、戦略を策定する

About You: 

• コンピュータ・サイエンス／テクノロジーの学士号、または同等の経験
• ソフトウェア開発に関する技術的知識と理解
• C++、可能であれば他のオブジェクト指向言語に関する理解と経験
• 会議、トライアル、プロジェクトをリードする優れたプレゼンテーション、デモンストレーション、ファシリテーションスキル
• プレゼンテーションの作成、カスタマイズ、実施した経験
• ビジネスへの理解と営業への関心が非常に高いこと
• ビジネスレベルの英語、ネイティブレベルの日本語
