We want to support the growth of small businesses and start-ups at the heart of innovation. Therefore, we are offering small business pricing for Qt licenses. This special pricing is available for companies that meet the eligibility criteria as described below.
Qt for Application Development Enterprise has all the Qt features for mobile and desktop for small businesses for 499 EUR per year. With Qt for Device Creation Professional, you can create both applications and devices as a small business just for 999 EUR per year.
Qt DCP-SB license is the same as full commercial Qt DCP but with a discount for small businesses.

The qualifying criteria is defined in Exhibit 2 of the Qt Developer Framework Appendix; max 1 MEUR/USD annual revenue, max 3 small business licenses per company, and support limited to 5 tickets/year. Qt DCP-SB license is exempted from purchasing Distribution Licenses up to the maximum annual revenue.
Qt ADE-SB license is the same as full commercial Qt ADE but with a discount for small businesses.

The qualifying criteria are defined in Exhibit 2 of the Qt Developer Framework Appendix; max 1 MEUR/USD annual revenue, max 3 small business licenses per company, and support limited to 5 tickets/year. This license cannot be used to create devices, a Qt DCP-SB is needed for that. Everyone in one software development project will need the same type of license (Qt ADE or Qt DCP).

As long as you qualify for a Small Business license, you will have a vaiwer for purchasing Qt for Device Creation Distribution Licenses.
This vaiwer is defined in Qt Developer Framework Exhibit 2, section 6.
If you no longer qualify as a Small Business, all normal licensing terms and conditions as well as prices, including Distribution Licenses, will be applied to your business from the day onwards you ceased to qualify as a Small Business.
To cancel your Qt for Small Business subscription(s):
Your subscription will be canceled upon your next renewal date. When your subscription has ended, you will not be able to access Qt Creator, Qt Installer, and Maintenance Tools, and all your rights to further use Qt sources or modules will end. You must uninstall your commercial Qt. Our tools and modules are only available with an active subscription.
Note that when you wish to cancel your subscription renewal, you need to do that no less than thirty (30) days before the renewal (Appendix for Qt Development Framework, section 5.1.4).
When cancelling the Qt for Small Business subscription, a partial credit may be issued under the following scenarios:
The partial credit is calculated based on the remaining unused months of the license purchase.

The first eligibility verification occurs within the thirty (30) days of your initial purchase.
If you are eligible for the small business pricing at the beginning of your license term, you retain the right to use the license(s) for the entire 12-month term.Unfortunately, this means we will need to suspend your license access and then cancel the subscription to prevent the usage.
