Qt Visual Studio Tools 3.0 Released

We are happy to announce the release of the Qt Visual Studio Tools version 3.0.1. Installation packages are now available at the Visual Studio Marketplace and download.qt.io.

This major update of the Qt VS Tools extension adds support for Qt-enabled CMake projects, while dropping support for legacy Qt projects based on custom build steps.

Please refer to the project's Changelog for a list of all changes included in this release.

You can track work progress and provide feedback at bugreports.qt.io. Please feel free to report any problems, or make any suggestions/comments to help further improving the Qt Visual Studio Tools.
