A quick update from Digia’s side on how things are going with the planned acquisition of Qt.
The planned acquisition of Qt is proceeding as everyone has hoped and we aim to have completed everything still within Q3. At the moment, we are in the midst of a variety of integration-related planning activities. The full team is very busy, as you can imagine :)
Positive news came from Oslo this week, when Lars Knoll communicated that he is planning to join the Digia, Qt team. His background is important when gearing up for a successful future. Lars wrote a blog post on the Labs Blog today, see here. On Digia’s behalf, I look forward to welcoming Lars to the team!
