About the Role  

The Qt Company is looking for a proactive and resourceful Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth in the German market. 

In this role, you’ll engage with large enterprises across consumer, industrial, defense & space, and automotive sectors. Your mission is to create net new business by identifying opportunities to expand collaboration with existing clients through strategic upselling and cross-selling. 

Success in this role requires a self-driven mindset, the ability to spot opportunities others might miss, and a talent for building strong relationships with key decision-makers. You’ll act as a consultative partner, helping companies understand how Qt’s full portfolio – including the Qt framework and Quality Assurance tools – can support their most critical business goals. 

This position is based in Berlin or Munich, Germany. 

 

What You’ll Do  

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers in technical development organizations
  • Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
  • Develop and deliver compelling, tailored sales proposals
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute account strategies
  • Take initiative in identifying growth areas and proposing creative solutions
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and account planning 

 

What You Bring to the Table  

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 3–5 years selling software (ideally SaaS) in relevant industries
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and exceeding targets
  • Ability to act as a trusted technology advisor to customers
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English (our working language)

  • Existing network in large industrial companies
  • Fluent German
  • Familiarity with software development tools, SDLC, MEDDPICC, and Salesforce
