A Correction to the Notice to the Annual General Meeting of the Qt Group Plc
Qt Group Plc published on Friday 16th February 2018 a Notice to the Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. There was a mistake in the Notice’s chapter C. Instructions for the Participants regarding the record date of the General Meeting. In the notice, it was mistakenly stated that the record date is 2nd March 2018 as the correct record date is 1st March 2018. Accordingly, a right to participate in the General Meeting is vested with a shareholder who has on Thursday March 1st 2018 registered in the company’s shareholders’ register held by Euroclear Finland Ltd, and who also has notified the company of his/her participation no later than March 9, 2018 by 10:00 a.m.
Correspondingly, a holder of nominee registered shares has the right to participate in the General Meeting by virtue of such shares, based on which he/she on the record date of the General Meeting, i.e. on March 1, 2018, would be entitled to be registered in the shareholders’ register of the company held by Euroclear Finland Ltd.
