The overall holding of Qt Group Plc’s shares and voting rights managed by Jyrki Hallikainen crossed below the 5 % flagging threshold. Jyrki Hallikainen owns 1,097,441 shares of Qt Group Plc, corresponding to 4,61 % of Qt Group Plc’s all shares and votes. Ownership has changed on 12. March 2018.
The share capital of Qt Group Plc comprises in total 23,792,312 shares.
