The overall holding of Qt Group Plc’s shares and voting rights within the funds managed by Aktia Rahastoyhtiö Oy crossed below 5 % flagging threshold. Aktia Rahastoyhtiö Oy controls altogether 1,083,813 shares of Qt Group Plc, corresponding to 4,42 % of Qt Group Plc’s all shares and votes. Ownership has changed on 14. October 2020.
The share capital of Qt Group Plc comprises in total 24,524,590 shares.
