Qt Group's Annual Report for the year 2021 has been published as an attachment to this release and on the company's website http://investors.qt.io.
The Annual Report contains the Board of Directors' report and the Auditors' report, the Financial Statements 2021, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for Governing Bodies.
Qt Group’s Financial Statements are published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements for the first time. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The Financial Statements are attached to this release also in xHTML-format.
