Exhibit 1: Axivion Products

AXIVION: At the time of conclusion of this Appendix, the latest available version of Axivion Products includes the tools, modules, and features set forth in Exhibit 1 as provided below, depending on which product(s) Customer has purchased under the relevant Purchase Document.

The editions and modules are specific to each product version respectively and may vary from version to version. Editions and modules included in the latest publicly available version of the respective product at any given time are listed in Exhibit 1 of https://www.qt.io/terms-conditions/axivion/exhibit-1. If a new version of Axivion Products does not include a tool, file or feature present in an older version which Customer is entitled to use under a valid license from The Qt Company, then Customer will continue to have such right during the validity term of Customer’s license to the relevant Axivion Product. In the event a new version of the Axivion Product adds tools, files or features to any previous version(s), Customer’s rights will extend to cover also such additional tools, files or features.

At the time of entry into this Appendix, product features of Exhibit 1 are listed as follows:

LICENSED SOFTWARE: AXIVION PRODUCTS

Axivion Products are sold as follows:

1. “Static Code Analysis” 
2. “Static Code Analysis Professional”, which includes all features of (i)
3. “Architecture Analysis”
4. "Axivion Suite “ which includes all features of (i), (ii), and (iii).
5. “Qualification Kit for Static Code Analysis”, which is an optional Add-On product for either (i), (ii) or (iv).
