Exhibit 1: Axivion Products

At the time of conclusion of these Axivion Products License Terms, the lates available version of Axivion Products include the software libraries and tools as defined in a table below depending on which product(s) the Customer has purchased under the relevant Purchase Agreement.

The modules and tools are specific to each product version respectively and may vary from version to version.. If a new version of Licensed Software does not include a module or tool present in an older version which Customer is entitled to use under a valid license from The Qt Company, then Customer will continue to have such right during the validity of Customer’s license to relevant Licensed Software.  In the event a new version of the Licensed Software adds modules or tools to any previous version(s), Customer’s rights will extend to cover also such additional modules and tools.

Licensed Software: Axivion Products

Axivion Products are sold in the following editions:

1. “Static Code Analysis” 
2. “Static Code Analysis Professional”, which includes all features of (i)
3. “Architecture Verification”
4. "Axivion Suite “ which includes all features of (i), (ii), and (iii).
5. “Qualification Kit for Static Code Analysis”, which is an optional Add-On product for either (i), (ii) or (iv).
