About the Role

 

現在、Qtは日本にて様々な業界の客様にご活用頂いていますが、日本市場はQtにとって最も重要な市場の一つであり、市場におけるさらなる顧客基盤強化に向け、Qt商品ラインナップおよび、関連サービスの販売拡大を進めるためアカウントマネージャーを募集しています。 

このポジションでは、主に産業オートメーション、医療機器、家電、重工業、航空防衛、ドローン業界などのキーアカウント向けの営業活動(新規及び既存)をご担当頂きます。 

Currently, Qt is used by customer in a wide range of industries in Japan and we are expanding sales of Qt product lineup and related services to further strengthen our customers in the Japan market. In this role, you will be responsible for sales activities for companies that develops embedded devices and applications in the industrial automation, medical devices, consumer electronics, commercial equipment, heavy equipment, etc. Japan market is one of the most important markets for Qt and it will be a great career advancement opportunity for account managers. 

 

 

What You’ll Do  
 

  • ソフトウェア開発現場での課題を理解し、お客様のニーズをヒアリングし、Qt製品群 に関する提案営業活動 
  • (※Qt製品群:SW統合開発環境、UIテスト自動化ツール、ソースコード静的解析ツール、プロフェッショナルサービスなど) 
  • アカウントオーナーとして、社内ステークホルダー(ソリューションエンジニア等)と連携をとりながら、社内リソースを最大限に活用しクローズに向けた指揮・管理 
  • 既存アカウントとの中長期的なカスタマーリレーションの構築及び、拡販に向けた横展開を進め、継続的なパイプラインの構築 
  • 新規アカウントの開拓及び関係構築を進め、継続的なパイプラインの構築 
  • Aim to achieve sales targets for assigned industries and accounts (existing and new) through solution sales activities (proposals, negotiations, contracts) related to Qt product lines (*Qt product lines: SW integrated development environment, UI test automation tools, source code static analysis tools, professional services) 
  • Understand and define issues at software development sites, identify needs, and propose solutions using Qt product lines. 
  • As an account owner, collaborate with internal stakeholders (solution engineers, etc.), maximize the use of internal resources, and lead and manage the account toward closing. 
  • Build mid- to long-term business relationships with existing accounts, promote horizontal development for sales expansion, and establish a continuous pipeline. 
  • Cultivate new accounts and build relationships to establish a continuous pipeline 

 

What You Bring to the Table  
 

  • 5年以上の法人営業経験 
  • 中長期的なカスタマーリレーションの構築並びに、セールスサイクルを主体的にクロージングした経験 
  • ソフトウェア、開発ツールまたは開発プラットフォームに関するソリューション営業の経験及び実績  
  • 積極的かつ戦略的に幅広い顧客(新規・既存)とコンタクトを取り、継続的に新規案件を発掘できる方 
  • 自ら能動的に行動し、目標達成に向け粘り強く努力する姿勢 
  • 複数の案件を同時に推進できる管理能力 
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力を持ち、チームワークを大切にできる方 
  • カスタマーセントリックなマインド 
  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:日常会話レベル 
  • More than 5 years of experience in corporate solution sales (experience in building mid- to long-term business relationships and proactively closing mid- to long-term sales cycles) 
  • Experience and track record in solutions sales related to software, development tools or development platforms 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and persistent in striving to achieve goals 
  • Able to proactively contact a wide range of clients (new and existing) and continuously seek out new opportunities 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • High level of communication skills and teamwork 
  • Customer-centric mindset 
  • Native-level Japanese and conversational-level English

  • Cレベル技術管理者、技術部長、製品管理者、プロジェクトマネージャーへのソフトウェアライセンスの営業経験及び実績  
  • 組込み機器開発またはソフトウェア開発プロセスに関する理解や知識 
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力 
  • 産業オートメーション、医療機器、家電、重工業、航空防衛、ドローン業界向けのソフトウェア営業経験 
  • CRMの使用経験 
  • Experience and track record of selling software licenses to C-level technical managers, technical managers, product managers, and project managers 
  • Understanding and knowledge of embedded device development or software development processes (technical background or education in a technical field is a plus) 
  • Software sales experience in one of the following industries 
  • Industrial automation, medical devices, consumer electronics, commercial equipment, heavy equipment, Aeronautics and Defense, or Drone  
  • Business-level English
