About the Role
At the Qt Oulu site, we develop modern software tools and frameworks used by developers around the world. Here you get to work on real, production-level software products using cutting-edge technologies. As a trainee, you will join one of our Qt developer teams and work closely with experienced developers and specialists. You will gain hands-on experience in a professional software development environment while supporting ongoing development work and growing your technical skills.
Possible location for this position is Oulu, Finland.
What You’ll Do
- Work on real software products in a professional development environment
- Participate in development, testing, documentation, and tooling
- Collaborate with developers and other specialists in the team
- Learn and apply modern software development workflows and tools
- Contribute actively to team discussions and continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Table
- Studies in software development
- Strong interest in building a career in programming
- Basic knowledge or experience with C++, QML, and Qt
- Motivation to learn and contribute as part of a development team
- Good communication skills in English
