About the Role
Our Operations team supports the business by ensuring smooth procurement and operational processes across the organization. The team works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain accurate data, reporting, and invoicing flows.
As a trainee in the Operations team, you will support day-to-day procurement and operational activities while gaining hands-on experience in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role offers a great opportunity to learn how operational processes work in practice and to build a strong foundation for your future career.
Possible locations for this position are Oulu or Espoo, Finland.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain subcontractor data in internal systems
- Prepare various reports
- Support and help ensure smooth invoicing processes
- Assist with other procurement-related tasks
- Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders
- Learn and follow operational processes and best practices
- Depending on your skills and interests, we can also include tasks from other Operations areas – for example, if your studies focus on a specific field
What You Bring to the Table
- Interest in procurement and operational processes
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of MS365 tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
