Version 5 of Squish Coco brings with it a new, built-in Function Profiler which can be used to facilitate code performance analysis. With it, you can zero-in on high function call counts and long procedure times associated with your test executions. This data will enable you to identify problematic areas of your source code which are deserving of refactoring or code rewrites. This webinar introduces Coco’s Function Profiler. By the end of the session, you’ll be prepared to:

  • Compile your application to enable profiling.
  • Quickly identify performance slowdowns and algorithmic deficiencies.
  • Compare profiling data between product versions to quantify performance effects of new check-ins.

We also showcase an improved integration between the Squish GUI Tester and Squish Coco, through which you can analyze code coverage of your automated GUI tests. Finally, we take a look at the latest bug fixes and code enhancements for all parts of Coco.
