Qt Group Plc's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is planned to be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. The Board of Directors of Qt Group Plc will convene the meeting at a later date.

Right to notify the Board of a matter to be added to the Annual General Meeting’s agenda

Shareholders are entitled to have a matter put on the Annual General Meeting’s agenda, provided that the issue requires a decision by the Annual General Meeting according to the Finnish Companies Act. The request must be submitted in writing to the Board by email to pr@qt.io by Friday, February 20, 2026.
