Qt World Summit 2025 - Outrun XR

Outrun XR demonstrates how you can transform a Qt application into immersive, virtual, and mixed-reality experiences. This demo combines our two existing demos, the Car Configurator and the Outrun immersive automotive flagship demo, into a single app that runs on the MetaQuest 3 headset.

This approach shows the value of VR and MR for rapid prototyping, interface testing, simulation, and training, helping developers evaluate usability, safety, and design choices early in the development cycle.
