Use our material for your Qt training - free

Download our slides and videos

Companies, institutions and individuals offering Qt training can now download and use some of our official Qt training materials free of charge.

Thanks to an initiative led by Jurgen Bocklage-Ryannel and the Qt learning team in Munich, over 700 of our slides and five plus hours of training videos are being made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License for anyone to use as part of their own training or education programs.

Our initial batch of published material includes slides, code examples and videos from our Qt Essentials – Widget Edition course, which already contain enhanced Model/View modules.

In addition, we have published presentation slides and code examples from our Qt Essentials – Qt Quick for C++ Developers course.

This material contains eight modules which start off by introducing you to the wonderful world of declarative UI design and continue with topics such as animation and integration with C++ backend code. We plan to publish another batch of material in the coming weeks.

So to reiterate - the 700 slides and five hours of training videos we have made available can be for your own personal use AND you may also use them to provide professional training to your clients.

If you'd like to use the material, as well as some Qt Training videos from Qt Developer Days 2010 , go to our Online Training page in Qt eLearning .

We are very happy to be sharing this knowledge with all of you and we congratulate everyone in the learning team in Munich for taking this important and visionary first step.
