Qt at Virtual CES 2021

Special year, special events; Qt is participating at the first-ever Virtual Consumer Electronics Show 2021. You will find the latest news and demos at our virtual exhibitor booth, especially our consumer and automotive industry offering with Qt 6. Virtual CES takes place from 11th to 14th January, 2021 on CES’ website.

At our virtual booth we are showcasing

  • The latest news on Qt 6 Qt’s recently released major update. Qt 5 has ruled the world since 2012, and now the next generation is here.

  • An automotive multi-domain digital cockpit with a synchronized and unified UI over multiple operating systems and hardware boards.

  • How our designer-developer workflow lets teams work together more efficiently and reduces time to market in any embedded or IoT software project.

  • Customer showcases from consumer white goods to industrial solutions, covering pretty much every CES tech topic including 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain (did you know that a well-known currency wallet is built with Qt?), digital health, fitness and wearables, home entertainment, smart homes, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, drones, and robots just to name a few.

  • Qt’s scalability and the benefits of using one single technology for a whole product line. Qt works on everything from low-end MCU hardware up to complex, multi-domain and multi-display, MPU-based solutions

  • Qt in virtual reality: Ford has been using Qt to test new features inside their cars in VR. Ford's Jeff Cotter shows us how they integrate communication between Qt, Unreal Engine, and MATLAB/Simulink. Using the Qt WebGL streaming, a Qt GUI such as the infotainment system can be displayed inside of a 3D vehicle cockpit.

Qt sales, technical sales, product managers and product specialists are available at the virtual stand for a chat or a meeting 07:00am - 08:00pm (EST, that is UTC-5). For Berlin and Paris (CET) that means 13:00 - 02:00 and Seoul (KST) 21:00 - 10:00. Please swipe by and have a chat with us!
