PDF rendering in Qt Quick {Qt Virtual Tech Con 2020}
Qt has recently added a more full-featured wrapper around PDFium, the same implementation that Chrome uses to render PDFs in the browser. This will be a demo and walkthrough of a QML application that uses it. Speaker: Shawn Rutledge, Senior Software Engineer, The Qt Company Shawn Rutledge works at the Qt Company Oslo as Senior Software Engineer since 2011 and is one of the Qt Quick maintainers.Additionally he has worked on support for touchscreens, Wacom tablets, Linux, macOS and Android platforms, and Qt Quick Controls and Dialogs. Qt Virtual Tech Con 2020 was held in May 2020. 35+ live tech talks, Q&As, and more were carried out by members of the international Qt community, in a free online event for designers, developers, and technology managers; focusing on interactive learning to create high performance UI/UX, applications with the Qt framework.
