Technical Issues During the Test Session
a) Issues with sharing the screen or camera stream:
- If the proctor cannot see the screen or video stream of the candidate immediately after joining the test session, the proctor can request the candidate to restart the session.
- If, after a retry, the situation remains, the candidate cannot proceed with the test session.
b) Issues with the system check:
-
- If the candidate cannot finish all the system check steps, they cannot start the test.
c) Internet connection issues:
-
- o If your internet disconnects unexpectedly, your test attempt will automatically fail.
- o If you have an unstable connection, the system will warn you during the test session.
- If any of the mentioned technical issues happen, the candidate should contact Qt Certifications (certification@qt.io) to request a review for a possible free retry; the request must be made within 5 days after the test session.
