What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new key customers in target industries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define and execute go-to-market actions that increase Qt’s brand awareness and market penetration in assigned regions.
- Own and drive specific regional campaigns and initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth and achieve sales targets.
- Align sales strategy with regional industry focus (Industrial Automation & Consumer Electronics) to maximize opportunity conversion.
What You Bring to the Table
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in software, IT solutions, industrial automation, or consumer electronics.
• Proven ability to develop new customers and close sales independently.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Bonus Points For
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic technical understanding of software products or solutions.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Established client resources or network in Industrial Automation or Consumer Electronics industries.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver product demos professionally.
