High-Performance Debugging and Trace

I-jet provides JTAG/SWD up to 48 MHz, while I-jet Trace enhances debugging with JTAG/SWD up to 100 MHz, ETM trace clock up to 350 MHz, and SWO speeds up to 200 MHz.

Flexible Connectivity and Adapters

 Supports JTAG, SWD, cJTAG, and SWO (UART & Manchester encoding) with MIPI-10, MIPI-20, and Mictor-38 (I-jet Trace only) adapters for broad compatibility.

Power Debugging and Analysis

Supplies up to 400mA (5V) target power, with ~200µA resolution and 200kHz sampling rate, enabling real-time power monitoring and optimization.

Automatic core Detection

Detects target MCUs automatically, supporting adaptive JTAG/SWD configurations and enabling fast setup and debugging.
