- Lead technical discovery by understanding customers’ embedded environments, workflows, and challenges and translating them into relevant solutions.
- Support evaluations through environment validation, issue reproduction, troubleshooting, and clear technical guidance.
- Support customer onboarding and adoption through targeted technical assistance, training, and post-sales guidance.
- Act as a trusted technical partner to customers, working closely with Sales and Customer Success to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Bring customer insights back to our product teams and create technical material that helps customers get greater value from our solutions.

- A customer-focused and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and build strong relationships.
Bonus Points For...
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, headless builds, scripting, and build systems such as Bash, PowerShell, CMake, or Make.
- Experience with IDEs, debuggers, RTOS, and microcontroller toolchains, including Arm or RISC-V.
