Exhibit 1: Axivion Products

1. The editions and modules of the Axivion Products are specific to each product release respectively and may vary from version to version. The latest publicly available versions of the Axivion Products at any given time are listed in Exhibit 1 of https://www.qt.io/terms-conditions/axivion/exhibit-1. If a new version of Axivion Products does not include a tool, file or feature present in an older version which Customer is entitled to use under a valid license from The Qt Company, then Customer will continue to have such right during the validity term of Customer’s license to the relevant Axivion Product unless The Qt Company has provided Customer with a replacement tool, file or feature and informed Customer thereof. At the time of conclusion of this Appendix for Axivion Products, the latest available release of Axivion Products include the tools, files and features as defined in a table below depending on which product(s) the Customer has purchased under the relevant Purchase Document.

2. LICENSED SOFTWARE: AXIVION PRODUCTS

2.1. Axivion Products are sold as following editions:

  1. “Static Code Analysis C/C++”
  2. “Static Code Analysis Professional C/C++”, which includes all features of (i)
  3. “Architecture Analysis C/C++”
  4. "Axivion Suite C/C++“ which includes all features of (i), (ii), and (iii).
  5. "Axivion Suite C#“ which provides features for C# programming language.
  6. “Axivion Suite for CUDA” which provides features for Nvidia CUDA applications.
  7. ‘’Qualification Kit for CUDA”, which is an optional Add-on product for (vi).
  8. “Qualification Kit for Static Code Analysis”, which is an optional Add-On product for either (i), (ii) or (iv).

3. Install and use capabilities of Axivion Products: the Axivion Products noted in Section 2.1 (i)-(v) have no installation limitations per Axivion Site, but use is limited by number of Technical Team Member (TTM) in an Axivion Site License.

4. Detailed description of available tools, files and features may vary between Axivion Product editions and releases. Program Description documentation is provided separately for each Axivion Product release.
