Images are important assets to open up QA’s “Behind the scenes” idea. Authentic, professional look and feel avoiding conventions is the key.

Image Selection and Editing

Brand imagery consists of professional looking, real work life situations that don’t seem staged. Avoiding category conventions (ie. minority report and futuristic clichés). To avoid repetitive feel choose imagery using unusual angle or playing with depth of field.

Editing guidelines:

  • High contrast, deep shadows and light crispy lights
  • High detail (camera raw - clarity)
  • Blacks saturated with slight blue and magenta (selective color)
  • Whites neutral or slightly (selective color)saturated with blue and yellow
  • Blues adjusted to contain more magenta, to be closer to brand color “Midnight”
  • Slight noise added (between 4-8% noise filter, depending on image size)
